Sungmin Kim WINNER
The research process we followed
throughout the HIS Youth program
has helped immensely by developing
fundamental skills needed to start
and finish a scientific research.
Visiting Axiom space and seeing the
space station modules inspired me
to further the research once we have
the opportunity to experiment on
the space station.
Haeryung Na WINNER
Initially, my dream was to become a
lawyer, but through this program, I
came to realize that my dream has
been narrowed down to becoming a
lawyer in the space industry. I would
like to thank Boryung for providing
students the chance to expand our
dreams and passion about space.
The advice that the CEO of Intuitive
Machines gave us, to “dream big”,
sticks with me to this day.

Now, it is not only a matter about
how to get to space, but on
researching diverse ways humans
are affected when living in space.
Visiting the space companies where I had the chance to meet the CEOs in person and hear about the building
process of the space station and
lunar lander was so interesting. I
am truly grateful for this experience.

During the US trip’s teacher
education program, I learned
enjoyable and easy to teach space science activities. I learned so much about the space industry and that
people from diverse backgrounds are involved in this field.My perspective
on the world has broadened and I
hope many students and teachers
will have the opportunity to
experience HIS Youth from now on.

it aims to unlock infinite potential for future talents
and the next generation of explorers.
